Villa Aura - Historical country house renovated and with modern furniture

Villa Aura is located in the beautiful and historically significant town of Dobrinj.

The villa dates back to the 18th century and has served a variety of purposes throughout its history. Nestled on the eastern edge of the historic town, Villa Storia was the residence of a Croatian nobleman and his family at the turn of the 20th century.

It comprises the entrance level, which also serves as the social hub. Here you will also find the lovely bedroom "Malinska" with an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: "Rijeka," "Soline," and "Baska," each with an en-suite bathroom, with "Rijeka" serving as the master bedroom.

The basement houses the spa area with a sauna, whirlpool, and plunge pool. It also contains the wine cellar with a cozy tasting corner.

Completing the property is an 8 x 4 meter outdoor pool with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful Mediterranean garden that extends to a small stream.
