"It is your average motel that seems to be maintained but never updated. Seemed to be on par with the other accommodations in town. The host was high-energy and eager to please everyone. The bathroom looked original; unfortunately, the shower didn't drain very fast, so the water was up to your ankles in no time. One of the bedspreads had a set-in stain - but the bedding smelled fresh and cleaned, and the mattress was comfy. The chairs were straight out of the 70s, and the foam was well-worn. The...

"It needs lot of maintenance and cleaning. I think nobody take care of the rooms. There was no hand soap there. And everything was pretty much old and needs attention. I don't recommend this hotel."

"The room was very clean, quiet, and comfy. The air conditioning units worked very well and the rooms had really good blinds so that it got dark enough to sleep. The water pressure was great for showering. I only stayed one night but I slept really well here and would stay again! The location is walking distance from everything you need."

"Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit."
