"Staff was great. Room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the balcony. However, I was disappointed with many things. 1) The decor. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The moment I walked into the lobby I felt a worn out 80’s vibe. My room had a picture of kittens on the wall. Walking out of my room there was a creepy doll picture staring at me. Whatever, I thought. I am only here to sleep. 2) Speaking of dolls. They are everywhere. They even sell them in the gift shop. 3) The bed....

"The hotel as a facility was okay. When I asked about shows and activities they didn't tell me they hosted the Tony Rigatoni show and offered a 20% discount on the tickets. After I bought the tickets elsewhere and told them that I had specifically asked them about it, the desk person basically shrugged.
The "free breakfast" was the most underwhelming I've ever seen over years of frequent travels. They gave us a buy one/get one coupon on check-in that we did not use when we met people who told...

"well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received...

"I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasn’t until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50"

"We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it "
