"This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. I am so glad we chose this condo...

"We really liked the quiet area that this home is in. Close to many restaurants and other beaches, but not busy like other areas. The beach in front is very quiet and has a gorgeous sunset. Although it was quite rainy during our stay, it was still very relaxing watching the rainfall from inside of the comfortable and cool condo. Mark knew that the rainfall would be higher than normal due to La Nina weather pattern and offered to move my reservations because of this. Unfortunately, I couldn't move move them because of work obligations but it was extremely considerate of him to offer.La Nina"

David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. "We stayed for a week in Potrero. The little beach side town had anything you may need and is very family friendly. There is plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance to Villa Jazmin (consider that there is no walking trail by the road though). The apartment is a real jewel in this kind of business. It is safe to say that you will find everything you may need for the duration of your stay. "We had our honeymoon here and absolutely loved this condo. It was super comfortable and uniquely designed, with awesome wood accents that added so much character.The balcony offered spectacular sunset views—the best we’ve seen in Costa Rica. The town is charming and walkable, with a vibe reminiscent of southern Italy.The pools, sauna, gym, and cold plunge were top-notch, and the town’s restaurants, shops, and local grocery store made everything so convenient. "Great place, amazing view, place is on 2nd floor no elevator. Communicate was not the greatest hard to contact someone at regular number only by Emergency #. Checkout list was not listed on confirmation or told there was a check out to do list till the day before check out and do to bad reception/cell service we didn’t know till the next day."
