"Hotel incrível, nossa experiência foi maravilhosa. Quarto limpo, amplo, cama super confortável, banheiro e chuveiro bons. Vista espetacular do quarto e de vários locais no hotel. Café da manhã bom. SPA maravilhoso, piscina externa lindíssima, limpa e com temperatura adequada, interna mais fria. Super recomendo e com certeza voltaria. Único ponto negativo, que considero abusivo, é cobrar 20 francos suíços em um estacionamento que é dentro do próprio hotel e descoberto, considerando uma diária já...

"There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean. "

"Wonderful property! Great views of lake Thun. Helpful, friendly and bilingual staff (I speak English). Superior double room was fantastic! Large, clean, modern, great balcony with great view. Spa was ridiculously nice and included (save massages)! Underground parking included too if you are touring, which we were. Probably my favorite stay ever, anywhere to be honest and my teen and young adult children felt the same which is not always easy. Worth the price and short walking distance to...

"O atendimento da recepção foi fantástico, nos proveu todas informações necessárias e tudo que precisávamos, inclusive um ventilador portátil. O quarto estava muito limpo, a cama era confortável. Belo café da manhã com uma vista incrível. Algo que não sabia antes de reservar e nos foi muito útil é a possibilidade de ter transporte de ônibus gratuito com um passe que é emitido pelo hotel."

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!
