"Had to clean fridge on arival. No real kitchen area, plastic bowl as no sink. No cupboards. Only one spoon for 2 of us breakfast!!!"

"On arrival, the hosts had not received a notification from Bookabatch so we had to pay them ( Hosts ) cash for the two nights! What would we have done had we not had the means to pay upfront when we had already paid the Bookabatch?"

"The apartment was excellent value for money, clean, well equipped. It was warm and being on a main road I expected it to be noisy but it was really quiet. It's literally a six minute walk to the hospital door. However.... The check in process is a pain in the a&$$ The keypass needs to be collected from another site and the ph. number on the expedia site was wrong. When I got the correct number, the phone was only answered after the fourth occassion. "
