"That was my 3rd time in Wuxi, and the 2nd in this hotel. It is really wonderful place. Very comfortable, the room is amazing, my room was in the 43rd floor with an incredible city view. The breakfast was very nice, but the corridors was a little dirty, nothing that comprised the hotel quality. It is very well located. I recommend it in any kind of trip, business or vacation."

Enige minpuntje was de bar in de lobby. Twee keer werd er door de dames een biertje ingeschonken en beide keren ging dat gigantisch fout. Je zou verwachten dat iemand die in een bar werkt een biertje kan inschenken. Beide keren lag de helft op tafel omdat deze dames door bleven schenken alsof het een flesje water was. Dat resulteerde...
"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!"
"We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new.
