"We didn’t receive check in info until I messaged the owner 30 mins before our arrival. The neighborhood is not great, it’s noisy, and there is no close proximity for restaurants or groceries. Would not recommend for small kids or families at all. The place desperately needs attention to multiple things that were either broken or just not clean. There is not 4 full bedrooms, but 3. The bed was broken in the second bedroom right in the middle and impossible to get rest on. Lamps in the floor and...

"Nice house for a large group. Convenient location to DC and the Capitol Mall. Nice updates to the house. Had a little delay with check-in but was hopefully an isolated thing."

"Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed."

The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,"

"We had a fantastic experience in DC! The house was as advertised and the game room was a nice touch that my kids really enjoyed. Communications with the host were good and we would definitely book this house again!"

"We were overall very pleased with our stay. It got pretty warm in the upstairs rooms, but there were fans and a portable air conditioner to help cool it down. Not much as far as dressers to unpack or for comfortable seating to lounge but we made do and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home and felt very safe and secure."

"The host was gracious and accommodating as our schedules didn't exactly line up with check in times, but they were super helpful in the differences. House was well stocked and we were able to cook in the evenings without much trouble. The garage area was smaller than expected, but we were still able to get a full size SUV in and out with spotters. AC worked well, but reset to 71 in the middle of the night every night.
