"The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. "The property was in a location close to Grindewald Terminal train station and Grindewald Gund bus stop. The chalet was well maintained and had beautiful views of the mountains. It was away from the "main" street of downtown Grindewald which provided a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. The property owner was quick to respond with a couple of needs we had.
