O Old Stables tem o seu próprio jardim fechado e a sua própria banheira de hidromassagem privada, com maravilhosas vistas para o campo aberto e foi bem mobilada para proporcionar uma casa de férias perfeita em qualquer altura do ano. A perfect place in the countryside.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The swimming pool was amazing. The grandchildren spent lots of time in there. Great pubs for meals. The host, Dawn, was a very good host with a lot of local information. We all had a very memorable time.

Perfect peaceful location. Welcome pack on arrival. Pool fantastic and private. Owners helpful and friendly. Lots of walks from the Barn and loads of things to do/visit in the area. Everyone had a good time including the dog. .

This is a fabulous place for a family holiday.

This is a fabulous place for a family holiday. The accommodation is versatile and met all our needs across three generations. The layout of the Barn is great allowing everyone space. The position of the games room meant that the younger generation could play pool, while watching a film and be part of the rest of the group. The kitchen is well equipped and lends itself for a great party space. The swimming pool was a hit with all generations, it was larger than expected and well equipped with water games. There are plenty of walks around local footpaths which our two four legged friends enjoyed and the humans loved the local pub they came across for a well earned pit stop. The owners are super friendly and helpful. In short, as a family, we 100% recommend this property to you .

A wonderful cottage.

A wonderful cottage. The obvious selling point is the massive swimming pool which provided hours of entertainment for the kids, but the whole place is spacious, clean and well appointed, including the expansive and lovely grounds. The only gripe - per other reviews - is that the wifi doesn't work. Fortunately the 4G connection is good so it is possible to stay connected, but your mobile data takes a hammering. Of course, for most people the big selling point of the barn is to get away from it all, so arguably not being connected is no bad thing! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The pictures really don’t do this house justice, it is much larger than we expected.

The pictures really don’t do this house justice, it is much larger than we expected. The pool is also much bigger, I think a 25m length with depth ranging from 3ft to 7ft, so ideal for kids and serious swimmers. The layout is excellent, perfect for a family celebration. Each room having its own en suite is a great bonus, and the pool table is really good. We were a bit concerned about the pool, but it doesn’t fill the house with any smell of chlorine or pool chemicals. The BBQ is fairly large charcoal burning, worked well, there is a useful additional fridge freezer in a small shed in the courtyard - beer fridge....finally the grounds, this house has loads of space around it, wish we had brought the golf clubs....the only issue unfortunately was the number of flies. I understand it’s in farmland but there were lots and lots.. fantastic break though and perfect weekend. Thanks Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We as a large family group of various ages had a wonderful holiday. The pool and large gardens were a real plus. If was very well equipped and we do understand that we are in a barn in the middle of the countryside but, could have done with some sort of electric fly zapper like they have in restaurants as the flies did get irritating but not enough to spoil our holiday. Burfields Barn is in a wonderful peaceful location.

Burfields Barn is in a wonderful peaceful location. The Barn is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool is amazing and we used it every day. The owners are nearby if you need them but leave you to enjoy your holiday. This is a great celebration house and whilst we were there we celebrated a 60th birthday. We were a multi-generational family group with ages from 1 to 81 and the Barn proved to be a very safe and clean environment during the ongoing covid 19 situation. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Burfields Barn. The house itself is absolutely superb. It is comfortable and clean and contains everything you need. The grounds and the gardens are beautiful. We spent lots of time in the grounds playing garden games with the children. The hosts are lovely people and are very friendly and accommodating they are on hand to help with any recommendations and suggestions for interesting places to visit in the area. Barn located in a rural setting.

We hired the barn for my husbands 50th, the barn was lovely, open planned and accommodate 6 adults and 5 teenagers comfortably. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

Another great stay at this beautiful barn.

Another great stay at this beautiful barn. Dawn and Roy both make you feel very welcome . We are a group of 10 friends and we stay at the barn twice a year and have done so for the past 6 years or more. The barn is very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. We love staying at Burfileds its the ideal place.

Great weekend away with friends, Burfields Barn is such a lovely place to stay for total relaxation, you feel like you are in the middle of no where so peaceful, but in reality a short drive away from local amenities. Lovely and clean, well equipped with everything we needed and we easily arranged shopping delivery to arrive not long after we did. There was 10 adults and a child in our party, plenty of room and seating for everyone. Rooms were really well presented with plenty of space and comfortable beds, with everyone having en-suite it could not be more ideal for a large party. Pool was a great size and plenty of towels supplied. Would definitely return very welcoming hosts on site in their farm house a short distance away if we needed them but totally left us to our own devices once they handed over to us which made it really private and relaxed. Highly recommend do not hesitate,pictures do not do it justice.

The whole place was spotless and well equipped, particularly liked the sound system and pool table. The kitchen is very well equipped, too. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool which is very large and well maintained. Already working out when we can return...
