-Bed and Bath linen

(with weekly change);

-Welcome body care kits (Certified B corporation and hypoallergenic only);

-Essential dishware.



In order to preserve the preservation of the historic home and environmental protection:

-we ask you to provide for the care of the rooms and the disposal of waste

differentiated:

we can provide this service daily for an additional charge per dì, if requested at the time of booking.

-The dwelling is non-smoking, but the Terrace is for All;

-pets are not allowed, but personal aid animals are welcome;



-On request are available:

*cot/baby crib 0/5 years old;

*ramps for facilitating disability access;



-we have chosen not to provide the services of TV and SmartTV to encourage instead the exploration of an area rich in archaeology, history, art, protected nature;

-a modem for WiFi connection is available to guests (connection, however, tends to be "swinging" given the particular architecture of the dwelling, full phone and web range on the Terrace).
