"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. "Great location and staff. Rooms were clean, but they had too much heat on, so we had to turn the fan on overnight. Not really much for amenities but the area had a lot of restaurants, shops, parks. If you get a higher floor with ocean view, you won’t be disappointed."
