"This was by far tge bedt stsy ive had away from hone. My son and i attended services in Petersburg but stayed here. The immediate look when we entered the room was comforting. There were a few gairs in ge shower, but that was exscusable. The room is set up like a studio apartment and room semi-divider. Stainkess steel ice bucket with glasses not paper cups. "We had a great stay. Our rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our adjoining room around midnight, with the safety lock on! The auditor went above and beyond to help us with this situation, even offering another nearby room."

"We had an unexpected stay here when my 94 year old mom became urgently sick while traveling. Thank God we found Bon Secours hospital where with Gods help they saved her life. We stayed at the HI for 10 unexpected nights. The staff new our situation and continually gave us late check outs till we knew we were staying and then extended our stay. "O hotel é totalmente diferente do que é mostrado nas fotos. Quando chegamos no quarto ele estava sujo com um odor insuportável de cigarro misturado com spray de cheiro, provavelmente usado pra mascarar o fedor. Avisamos na recepção e eles mandaram 2 camareiras com mais sprays de cheiro, detalhes elas não estavam usando máscara de proteção. Fomos a recepção para solicitar a troca de quarto e eles disseram que não teriam outro quarto disponível. Então tivemos que procurar outro hotel a noite, após...
