L'Osiris is located on the 2nd floor (no lift), and the accommodation is spacious and bright. The apartment combines modern comfort with tasteful décor. Every detail has been designed to offer you a warm, functional and pleasant place to stay.
It consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a kitchen equipped with attractive crockery, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on your arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofas, a dining table overlooking the Bay of Prieuré.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), storage space and TV.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.
- A separate toilet.
- The accommodation is equipped with electric roller shutters.

Outside:
- You can enjoy a balcony, accessible from the living room, which offers a splendid view of the mouth of the Rance River and the Bay of Prieuré.
A private rooftop is accessible on the third floor (via external stairs) to enjoy sunny days and the magnificent view of the sea and Saint-Malo intramuros.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

The Place des Halles, where Dinard's wonderful market is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 10-minute walk away.


Transport:

If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park for free on the street where the accommodation is located (Avenue Georges V).

The town of Dinard offers parking packages. The nearest underground car park is the Maréchal Leclerc car park (500 metres on foot).

- Nearest railway station: 13 km away in St Malo (20 minutes by car).

- Work is currently underway on the neighbouring plot (the plot adjacent to the external stairs leading to the accommodation). There may be some noise disturbance during the day.
The declared completion date for the works is 30 June 2026. We are unable to provide future travellers with daily updates on whether there will be any works or noise disturbance during your stay. The works do not spoil the view of the bay of the priory (sea view) from the accommodation.
-Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are two external staircases to climb to access the flat.
