This apartment in quiet and secure residence is very clear, because the kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom overlook the garden, facing west. The kitchen is equipped (gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine + very complete kitchen equipment and crockery). The table and two chairs, oak, are garden furniture, but they are in the kitchen and must be returned at night, in summer. In the living room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed, for 2 people, an old table that can be unfolded if you want to have meals, 4 chairs. In the room: a bed 2 places and a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bath. There is a wardrobe in the small hallway. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector.
When necessary, the heating (gas boiler) is quite comfortable.
The residence is located in the center of Dinard, 5 minutes walk from beaches, casino, market, cinema and shops. Nearby there is a pharmacy, a bakery, an Intermarché. There are free parking spaces throughout the avenue. From the pavement opposite, you can descend on the "Clair de Lune walk" and join, on the right, the beach Prieuré 100 m and left, following the sea, you arrive at the marina, then at the pier from which you can make sea excursions and go to St Malo by boat (from April to November), then to Pointe du Moulinet and the beach of the Ecluse.
It is possible to follow the coast on foot, by the ways of round, from East to West: from the point of the Mare (close to the Dam of the Rance) to St Enogat. The coast is remarkably beautiful, in all seasons and the region has wonderful surprises (East: St Malo, Cancale, Mont St Michel, West: Cape Fréhel from where we can observe the departure from the next Ruhm Road, the pink granite coast).
