The house, with a total floor area of 90 m², is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The layout of this house is as follows:

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: a master suite comprising a queen-size bed (160x200), a workspace and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
- Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a television, a workspace and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet

Mezzanine:
- An attic bedroom (please note: maximum headroom 1.72 m) with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe.

First floor:
- A large open-plan space of 25m² featuring a fully equipped kitchen, including: a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a combination microwave oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a four-ring induction hob and a fridge-freezer…
As well as a TV lounge area and a dining room that can seat up to 6 guests.

Second floor:
- A lounge and bar area bathed in light thanks to its glass roof and large windows. It is flanked by a 15m² balcony running the length of the property, equipped with two tables and four chairs, two parasols, a sun lounger and a gas barbecue (the cleaning service does not include cleaning the barbecue; it must be left clean and ready for use).

All bedrooms have blackout blinds or curtains.

Neighbourhood:
Ker Bella enjoys an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 200 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants… The Place des Halles, home to Dinard’s wonderful market which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

You’ll be able to enjoy a wide range of activities during your stay: water sports, walks along the GR34, strolling through the narrow streets, marvelling at the art galleries, and enjoying the “Dinard Golf Club” – although actually situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, it is one of the most beautiful golf courses in France and is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. Parking on the nearby streets is free.
The Verney pay-and-display car park is 500 metres from the house, and the Raphael Veil car park is 600 metres away; it is free all year round (except in July and August).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (11 kilometres).
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 kilometres).
- To get to Saint-Malo, we recommend using the taxi boats from the Bec à la Vallée jetty in Dinard.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. If you prefer to arrive independently, this option is available at the time of booking. Throughout your stay, the local agency will be on hand to ensure you make the most of your holiday.
