Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent this magnificent, charming property, nestling in the heart of old Dinan, in the historic district. Housed in a former printing works, these two flats combine authenticity and modern comforts for a unique stay.
With a total surface area of around 150 m², the complex can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a spacious 120 m² loft and a separate 30 m² lodge, ideal for large families, groups of friends or two families travelling together.
The loft, accessed by a staircase through a courtyard, offers a superb 50 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a private garden of around 110 m².
The lodge, located on the ground floor, comprises a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 30 m².
Both accommodations are fully equipped for your comfort: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included for 3 nights or more, all in a warm, typically Dannais atmosphere.

The loft is arranged as follows:
Ground floor
- 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- Large bay window in the living room opening directly onto the garden
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room with walk-in shower and double basins

First floor
- A mezzanine sleeping area overlooking the living room with two single beds

The lodge is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A shower room with adjoining WC

Outside area :
- A 15 m² terrace at the entrance to the property, with outdoor furniture
- A 110 m² enclosed south-east-facing garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. It offers a superb panoramic view.
- A second garden of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy on sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

The property is ideally located in the historic district, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, while still benefiting from the attractions of the town centre. The former printing works has been converted into an atypical loft in an exceptional location in the heart of the medieval town, in the famous Rue de l'Horloge, just a stone's throw from the Théâtre des Jacobins. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in paying car parks (Duguesclin car park, car park at the historic centre). Free car park at the Château 300 metres away.
