"Was perfect for what we needed - close to Fargo Dome, Airport, restaurants, etc. as we were at a wrestling event most of the days. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was needed during the hot nights. Only thing need to fix was front door (need to pull to lock/unlock), and first level bathroom door as it gets stuck when trying to close, but not a big deal."
