Central to everything, but peaceful and serene to help you relax and unwind.

We pride ourselves on accurately representing our home, and hosting you as a valued guest. This is our mountain escape, so we stay here too, and it's our goal that you have all the amenities you need to make your time in Summit comfortable and enjoyable. We have taken special care to choose unique and fitting art, and to add small touches to enhance your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Our condo includes a beautiful view overlooking the Dillon amphitheater and Lake Dillon. It's a one-minute walk to the path around the lake, used for cycling/walking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. We have a full kitchen plus a W/D in the unit. The community indoor pool, hot tubs, and grill are 1-minute walk from unit in the clubhouse.

Another fantastic stay!

This was my second time staying in Erinā€˜s beautiful condo. Just like my first visit, everything was perfect. The decor is beautiful. The location is amazing. And Erin is a very responsive and fantastic host. We loved our time at the condo and will absolutely be back again. Highly recommended!

Spring Break ski trip

Perfect location to check out multiple Summit county mountains. Conveniently located near grocery store and lots of places to eat. Great view of the lake. Very nicely decorated with all of the kitchen tools one would need. Friendly host who communicates well. Highly recommend!

Centrally located, very clean

We stayed for a week to ski at the various hills in Summit County. Erinā€™s place was centrally located- near I-70 and grocery and retail stores, and the ski hills. We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon and the mountains out the kitchen windows. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the condo like games, plenty of good towels, and good toilet paper.

Great spot for ski vacation

My partner and I have been coming for Summit County for three years to ski. This condo is in a great location because itā€™s easy to get to Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. Itā€™s right next to City Market and the kitchen has everything for cooking meals in. We were also able to get meals at Chimayo Grill in Dillon and Ollieā€™s in Frisco. The place was clean and a pleasant place to stay for multiple days.

It met and exceeded our expectations. The condo is very clean and functional, It had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for providing the extras such as laundry detergent, toothpaste, toothbrush , basic essentials for cooking. It saved us few trips to the stores.The host Erin is quick and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to use your property. Hopefully it will be available for our next skiing trip .

Lovely Stay

The condo is just as pictured (not worn down or beat up like some rental properties) and has lots of nice amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. There is a security camera on the front door, which we didnā€™t realize before booking - some people are fine with that, for us it was a little weird to know someone was monitoring our coming and going. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

Fabulous Condo, Beautiful View, Central Location!

This condo was top notch! Really fabulous view and a great central location to all the best ski resorts in Summit County! My husband, son (12) and I stayed for 7 nights and we would definitely stay again! The beds were both super comfortable, especially after a tough day on the slopes! All of the appliances were great quality and everything that one could possibly need to cook a great meal was at the condo. Erin thought of everything. It was fully stocked with extras in the kitchen like spices, coffee, teas, hot chocolate to plenty of things around the rest of the condo like paper towels, toilet paper, extra blankets, sheets and towels to a hair dryer, flat iron, tons of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This condo is a short driving distance to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breck, Vail and Loveland. We went to all but Vail. The ability to go somewhere different everyday makes this location superb! PLUS there's great restaurants all around! If you have someone in your group that doesn't partake in snow sports, there's plenty for them to do as well. There are spas and lots of shopping in all the surrounding towns. Frisco is super cute and Breck is also great for shopping and spas. Lot's to do and explore! Aside from this fabulous condo and great location, Erin the host went above and beyond. She was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. This place is managed very well and super clean. Don't even think twice about booking this place, you won't regret it!

Great location, super clean, excellent communication with host . Two hot tubs in club house so never a problem with "crowds". We were there for sking, but it would also be great for summer - could sit on your deck and listen to concerts at the ampitheater.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed this condo - it was nicely furnished and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake and nearby mountains. It has a well stocked kitchen- we loved the coffee maker which allowed us to make a full pot or single cup. The bed was comfortable. We made use of the hot tub at the clubhouse which was conveniently located across the street. It's also in a great location - close to Keystone and other ski areas via I-70, the grocery store, and lots of restaurants. Great place!

Perfect for Father-Son Ski Trip

My husband and son used this condo as their headquarters for a long weekend of skiing. The location was perfect as they were able to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek all in one trip. The condo had everything they needed and my son enjoyed visiting the heated pool at night. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely use this location again.

Wonderful communication, the property was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed. Absolutely as advertised and we loved the location as it looks out on lake Dillon. This is the perfect getaway to relax and play in Summit county! The third (top) floor balcony with views of Lake Dillon and Rocky Mountain peaks is fantastic. In addition, the unit has large south-facing windows to soak in the sunshine, a comfortable layout, and is renovated and decorated with a modern design. The hosts are excellent communicators and added some thoughtful touches. Everything was professional-grade clean. We accessed the recreational trail conveniently located across the street and Pug Ryan's, which is just a short walk away, for dinner and drinks.
