The spacious living room sofa is a great place to hang out with friends while you watch a lazy ballgame, a Blu-ray movie, or your favorite Netflix shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has everything the family chef will need, from appliances to counter space, to prepare something special for your guests, and you can serve up to six people at the wood dining room table. The kids will love enjoying their afternoon snacks from the breakfast bar's six barstools. Don't worry about cleaning up - the dishwasher will quietly knock out all those dirty dishes while you adjourn to the furnished private deck with partial lake views. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, the main with an en-suite bath, a flatscreen TV, lake views, and a private gas fireplace. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
