One of the most beautiful homes on the hills of Dillon Beach with 3,600 square feet of luxurious living space. This home offers beautiful views of the ocean, beach, mountains, and rolling hills. The evening sunsets are a must see from the picturesque windows or you could take a stroll down to the beach where you can take in all the romantic, breathtaking sights! This beach home is so beautiful that it was featured in a box office movie that screened in 2013.
All of the rooms are amazingly spacious with Warm Designer Décor. The Living room furnishings include two leather sofas, two relaxing reclining chairs, and a 4 seated game table that serves as a place to work on a challenging puzzle, or possibly a competitive good old-fashioned family card game. In the living room you will also find a cozy gas fireplace, and a large 58” HD TV.
Adjoining is the dining room that features a farm style table that easily seats 12. A few steps further, you will enter the kitchen… here you will enjoy the large island with 4 bar stools for casual dining or just enjoying a small social gathering. In this well-appointed kitchen, we also feature a refrigerator-freezer, gas range, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Updated modern cookware, an abundance of dishes, table linens and everything else you will need for preparing and serving delicious gourmet meals.
Upstairs is a very grand master suite that offers a California King Bed with cozy bedding, an HD TV /DVD player, coffee bistro table, a chaise lounge, large private balcony, (another favorite place to sit and enjoy the sights) large bath tub, separate shower, and a double sink vanity. The closet in this master bedroom (7 x 15) is so spacious that it fits a trundle bed set that easily converts to a double . This non traditional bedroom can close for privacy.
The third and fourth sleeping areas have California King Beds with blissful linens.
Between these two rooms you will find a large shower/tub and a double sink vanity. Towels, blow dryer and shampoo toiletries are also provided.
The fifth sleeping room has two twin trundle beds that could convert to two double or four twin size beds if needed. A TV is included for you to enjoy.
Luxurious linens, goose down pillows, and comforters are also available.

An additional half bathroom at the entrance of the home for all to use.

WAIT! That’s not all …….
We know everyone will definitely enjoy the “Game room/converted garage. This is where the kids (adult ones too) will hang out after dark and watch the Large Screened TV. The Large Screened Smart TV you will enjoy for your Movie nights, or just sit back and enjoy a good football game. A second refrigerator, a Pool Table, and a Foosball table are found in this entertainment room. OR This room could be closed off and used as the 6th sleeping room where we have also added a Queen size fold down Murphy bed with comfy linens for you to snuggle into.
Additional amenities include high-speed Internet access, stainless steel gas barbecue, and new spa/hot tub with outdoor shower, a variety of board games, as well as many popular DVD movies for you to choose from.

Deer and other wildlife are abundant in the area and can often be viewed from almost every room in the house. There are miles and miles of hiking trails to explore with Hidden beaches and incredible views every step of the way. Plus don’t miss out on all the wonderful things that Dillon Beach’s Resort has to offer.

Cleaning services will be performed upon departure. An extra charge will be added if we have to take out the trash, separate recycling, remove food or washing of dishes following your departure.

Dillon Beach is about 1 1/2 hours north of the San Francisco Airport and about 45 minutes from the Santa Rosa Airport.

No boats, trailers, or RV's of any sort are allowed on the property at any time.
