"O hotel está localizado muito bem. O problema foi a má vontade da pessoa na recepção e eles desligaram o aquecimento a noite, sendo que estava uns 2 graus. O quarto ficou gelado e foi impossível falar com qualquer pessoa do hotel, pois o telefone não funcionava e trancaram a porta de acesso dos quartos para a recepção! Resumindo: ESTAVAMOS TRANCADOS DENTRO DO HOTEL."

"Friendly welcome and he showed me around and answered all our questions. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it had a nice big shower with warm water. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh made breads and meats and a hard boiled egg, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was delivered to our table with great service and a friendly staff. It was close to a few restaurants and as the name suggests, right next door to the Castle...

"This hotel cannot be classified as excellent, the facilities are quite old and unmaintained and the staff is not very professional, because they do not provide the minimum information you should receive in a hotel, like breakfast time and place, etc. The room was very cold because a window was left open behind the curtain and the heater took a long time to start to warm the large room a little bit. As we telephoned to say that we will be arriving by 9 p.m., they could have closed the room window...

"Fantastic hotel with restaurant and wine options. Breakfast buffet was traditional German, which I love. If you love to bike or hike this location has many options. We were conveniently located to Trier. The owner was very friendly and willing to give advice. Extensive wine list! We arrived late and staff was willing to round up some food in the kitchen for us. Highly recommend and will be returning. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, a “body wash- shampoo- conditioner”...

"Cosy room. Very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Friendly staff and nice selection of channels on TV. Elevator and easy parking across the road.The only problem was the mattress which was not straight/flat... so I woke up with back pain. Luckily it was just one night. The rest was excellent but the quality of the bed must be everything for a hotel......"
