Nestled in a private setting with no neighbors, the estate offers complete privacy. With plenty of parking and direct access to the expansive Drents-Friese Wold forests, nature is just a step away. The villages of Diever and Dwingeloo are a short walk or drive, offering local charm and convenience. The property is also equipped with a lockable bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes, a charging station for electric vehicles, and a wood-fired hot tub perfect for up to eight people.

For outdoor fun, there’s a children’s experience garden complete with a mud kitchen, barefoot path, and willow hut, as well as ample space for activities like playing or letting dogs roam free.
