"Front desk service was wonderful, our flight left very early and we had to be at the airport before the shuttle driver was scheduled to arrive. The gentleman at the front desk ordered an uber for us at the hotels expense. The room was clean and well appointed. "

"This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate.
