Surrounded by a pine forest and completely fenced, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to experience an outdoor vacation in the tranquility of nature, in total privacy and relaxation.
From the ancient Watchtower, erected in the 1600s by the Genoese to defend against Saracen pirates (a little further ahead and still visible), began the old Salt Road, which connected the coast with the northern European regions, with a route entirely along the hill crests up to the Maritime Alps. The name "Strada Savoia" still evokes the ancient trade routes.

On the ground floor, the living area includes a living room, a dining room with a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable family vacation, including a microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine.

The Imperia Est motorway exit is only 5 minutes away and allows you to reach all the major tourist destinations of the Riviera in a few minutes (Sanremo, Bordighera, Alassio, Menton, Monaco).
