Eveten 9 - apartment for 4, in town centre, 500 metres from the beach, with parking

"Eveten" apartments are three apartments in the centre of Diano Marina, Ligurian Riviera - Italy.
Every apartment has a private parking, included in the price.
The beach is just 5 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is 500 meters away.
The apartments are located in a very good position: shops, bars and restaurants are very close.

Eveten 10 and 9 have balconies. On the 2nd floor, with elevator (5 steps before the elevator)
Eveten 1 does not have a balcony. It is on the raised ground floor (5 steps)

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay in cash the Tourist Tax, according to fees and rules imposed by Diano Marina Municipality. Applicated from 14 years old.
