"The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased."

"Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. "

"This cabin was so cute, clean and well-maintained. Tom has excellent communication skills and was a great host. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape and relax by the lake. There is great fishing, boating and beachfront. "

The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! Would absolutely stay again next time we take a trip to the area!"

"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"Fantastic! Eager to come back."

"Our stay was very nice. Place was clean and organized. We are a family of 4, Three adults and a teen. The sofa/futon is a pull out double bed. It was ok. If left open to bed, not much room during the day with kitchen so close. The drive to the lake was short and very nice. Lots of places to eat in the area. Great shops in area. All in all, a very nice place to stay. "

"The host was great and made sure to include everything for a great stay! The home was cozy and comfortable. "

"Weather was perfect, plenty of sleeping and private space. So much fun had by all three generations of extended family. Beach was great for the littles. Our 4 year old learned to kayak. We were expecting a dock for our boat from the pictures online but we made it work. Relaxing!!!"

Very big kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, beer/wine glasses, mugs, plates etc. The beds were comfortable. The property was 15 minutes easy drive from the "downtown" Lake George and very straight forward drive. Host were very responsive. Check-in process was smooth. Best part of the property was the front porch with two tables with...

"We had an awesome week of great weather. There was more than enough room for our family of 13 adults and 2 babies and every house was fully equipped in the kitchens. The lake is so clean and beautiful and the set up of the docks is perfect. The sunsets were amazing. Deb was so helpful and very quick to respond to us when we needed something. Would return next year."
