Very quiet and fun little beach just steps down from our room. Short walk to two local and fun cafes. No elevator so you need to be able to carry your belongings upstairs or ask for the first floor. "There was a bit of a fiasco with the reservation, not the motel's fault at all though. And when they couldn't find me they were about to give me a complimentary room until it got settled! Fortunately, it all got straightened out and I was able to go to my room. They were patient and friendly through the whole experience and gave me a bottled water. I would stay here again and recommend it. Thank you for you patiyand understanding in the mix up!"
"A lot of thoughtfulness and care went into this vacation home. The owners were very quick and helpful when I texted questions. The property was beautiful, the views breath-taking, and the living accomodations comfortable and cozy without being too kitschy. Nice hot tub and massage chair. Comfortable bed.

"Such a cool and unique historic hotel in downtown Port Townsend. We like the hotel so much we extended our stay. Great location across the street from waterfront and public square where musicians played mid-day. Rooms are beautiful, hotel is so fun to walk around and explore the community spaces. Enjoyed the complementary local newspaper in the morning with coffee from "better living through coffee" across the street. We want to come back to Port Townsend and stay here again!"
