"Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again. "

"The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. "

"We can't say enough about our our stay at this VRBO. Our host Jill, was not only helpful with every aspect of our stay, she also went above and beyond as she was able to extend our stay after our Mayo visit required a 10 day extension. The home was immaculate, everything from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living area were clean, comfortable and organized. We highly recommend staying at this VRBO."

"This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again. "
