"The flat is in a great location for public transport. Close to railway st, bus st and taxi ranks. It is an easy walk into the nearby town center for shopping. The place looked clean on the surface, but there were areas that the cleaner had ignored, such as window sills, shelves etc. The kitchen was well equipped, but the microwave was dirty, I had to clean it before I could use it and the bathroom had not been cleaned to a standard that I would have expected. An ironing board was provided but we...

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful especially Barbaea."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. "Lovely pet friendly accommodation. Friendly and helpful host."

The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose. The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during...

"Location"

"Great for one night stay on way north to Glasgow."

"Good Points: Central location, close to Piece Hall and train station, bars and restaurants. Quite a roomy apartment, well equipped kitchen with hob. Reasonably quiet. Problems beyond control of owner shared stairway/communal area was poorly kept but worse was the disgusting stench when entering the property in those shared areas. Commercial bins overflowing at entrance of property was only alerted about the communal area needing TLC and the number of stairs by owner two days before arrival and...

"Everything perfect."
