"This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and we book a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need. Didn’t need to pick up anything because the house was STOCKED! You name it she had it ready for use-tide, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, even some food and wine! Beds were temperpedic and amazing. If you don’t want to pay Sedona prices and fight the crowds there at night I wouldn’t hesitate to book here!"

"This home was perfectly situated in the adorable town of Cottonwood. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location if you are looking to visit Jerome and Sedona. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee bar was amazing! We as lovers of all things vintage, really loved the vibe the decor gave off. We had a great time sipping wine and flipping through the Architectural Digests from way back when while playing Whitney Houston on the record player. We will definitely stay again!"

"This was our third time in Cottonwood! This cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the historic district. The cottage is very clean and cozy! We only used the master bedroom, and the linens and bed were very comfortable! We appreciated the snacks that were left for us! Signs posted throughout the house gave directions for how to use various items. One of the main reasons we picked this rental was because it is dog friendly! There are dog bowls, dog treats, and dog blankets!...

"The home is historic, but nicely updated inside! Plenty of room for ud to stretch out. The patio was delightful for morning coffee and would be nice for the evening, as well. There is a coffee pot and a coffee grinder (!!), for those who like to grind their coffee fresh (bonus for us coffee affiacianados). Within walking distance to many good restaurants. The host was very responsive to all my requests and messaged us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here...

"We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Cottonwood at this property. The home has cozy beds and couch and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s literally steps to Old Town which we frequented. Also, if you are staying with a pet who is picky and doesn’t like to go potty in anything but grass, there are two green spaces within a couple minute walk. Highly recommended! Thank you to the hosts! "

"The location of this house was perfect for our weekend plans. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the red rocks at sunset are incredible! Clean environment with everything we needed for meals in. The only complaint was that the mattresses were very firm and the main bedroom’s felt like it was slanted backwards which was uncomfortable. Overall would absolutely recommend this home and would stay there again!"
