"The ocean front view was perfect! The dumbwaiter was so convenient! Complimentary coffee in the lobby was much appreciated. Within walking distance of everything, plus the trolley to Rehoboth very nice. The building could use some upgrading, but overall a great stay!"

" parking was secure AC worked well The only issue was when I entered the pool a man was splshing in the shallow end. I thought maybe he had had too much to drink. However when he exited pool the man was bleeding into the pool and all over the deck area.I directed him to the first aid kit and jumpoed out of the pool. I did report it and a worker came to clean it up but it was very upsetting. We had planned to use the pool the whole weekend we were there and II was so grossed out I couldn't...
