"It was a great base for our trip to grand canyon and sedona"

"The outdoors of the property are awesome, great patio with a grill and a separate fire pit. The second floor is upgraded and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Really the areas that could have made the stay even better is the cleaning crew cleaning the dog hair better off the furniture and some of the bedding, some minor spider webs, and if there was a tea/hot water kettle. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"We are educators from Phoenix that travel annually during our Spring Break. We had a wonderful time; talking, laughing, and sharing during our three day stay at Coco’s Cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio, grilled a delicious lunch and sat at the picnic table one afternoon. It was glorious. We also went to Sedona and visited Chapel of the Holy Cross. Highly recommend! Thank you Coco! We do hope to return.Cheryl "

"The backyard was fully fenced, the heater worked great for the main area, the location was quiet. The stairs were a little steep to the upstairs room and loft. The room on the main floor is a little small for two adults. "
