We can't wait to WOWWW you with how we've transformed our loft inside a rustic

building, with such a cute historical elevator, into your new Detroit home-

away-from-home. This gem features an extremely spacious, open model room with

a beautifully decorated Ash Grey/Black theme, 80'-inch smart TV, 2 fireplaces

and a work desk station for our traveling professionals. The living room is

exquisitely tasteful w/a huge double extended leather sectional w/double

chaises and seating for 9, 1-elegantly draped cozy bedroom w/King sized

platform bed and fireplace. For your guests, it's equipped with (3) twin size

Que'beds & (2) Twin size futon beds (see photos) if you’re in the mood for a

sleep over or crash pad. (CAN COMFORTABLY SLEEP UP TO 8). You'll enjoy a full

snack & drink vending center right inside of the loft, extremely Fast Wi-Fi,

Digital Self check-in and an on-site laundry center. This gem is quietly

tucked away in a private corridor entrance which shares our 2nd loft

(available for groups looking to stay together).

loft is conveniently located near downtown which makes it an ideal place to

stay without fighting downtown noise and parking. It's located in a low-

traffic, highly requested, quiet community which sits at the peak of the M-10

freeway making Detroit's most famous Gems such as the Motown Museum, Charles

H. Wright African American Museum, Detroit Institute of Arts, Hart Plaza,

Detroit Science Center, Campus Martius, Belle Isle and a host of Detroit’s

newest and most popular bars, eateries, art galleries, brunch spots & Indie

shops and music venues easily accessible in 1-10 mins.



In this extremely spacious, mid-rise loft, we’ve retained a variety of the

original elements such as the exposed flat natural brick, plank hard-wood
