This newly restored 1930s home, located in Grosse Pointe Park, is well suited to accommodate your large group visit to the Detroit area! Your group will have the entire 7 bedroom house to enjoy and spread out in while being minutes away from the action of downtown Detroit and enjoying all the amenities that the Pointes have to offer too! We have a NO PARTIES policy and reservations will be terminated if this is violated.

Everything was great! The hosts were welcoming, the house was very nice and clean, and the home had all the necessary amenities - we didn’t have to leave to purchase anything! The Big Three car theme throughout the house was a great added touch! We will definitely stay here again! Totally enjoyed our stay!!

Upon arrival, some we're a little nervous. But once we got inside all fears went away. We even had a fight when two guys wanted to stay in the loft...lol. Overall, fantastic place for a stay. Checked every box. Great communication with host and check in/out was a breeze. We came for the NFL game, but will work for any event. Thanks again A&D.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our extended family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom and having full kitchens and bathrooms on both floors made it so easy to spread out and enjoy our time together. We were able to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem!The location was great as well. We were close to Ford Field and had no issues getting to and from the Thanksgiving Day game. The décor was stunning, and it truly felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more.We genuinely fell in love with this home. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made our stay stress-free. We were wowed by everything and would absolutely stay here again!

I brought 7 friends with me to stay at this house for the Detriot Free Press Marathon weekend. This was a perfect spot for our crew. The location a straight 7 miles from the Expo and starting line. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The house was spotless when we got there. All the rooms and amenities are as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to cook or bake. And with 8 runners, we had no issues with available hot water or water pressure for showers. The parking behind the house is large enough to fit several cars and it made it easy to get in and out. In the evenings we took walks around the neighborhood and went to a local brewery. We felt safe the entire time. Grocery store (Krogers and Trader Joe's) is only about 10 min away in a lovely shopping area. We made an afternoon/evening trip to Frankenmuth -which was only about 1.5 hours away. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and were available by phone for anything urgent. I highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the Grosse Pointe area.

We could not have asked for a better property and location for our business group to gather in the Detroit area. The space was immaculate and had several gathering areas that came in handy. We were not there long enough to take advantage of all of the "extras", including the game area and the well-stocked kitchens (although we di manage to use a lot of the glassware). The attention to detail in each of the rooms was at a very high level. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone needing space. I also want to compliment Angela for her quick and informative responses to all of my questions. Having been in the hospitality business for many years, this experience rates extremely high on the list!

Group of 7 guys who travel annually to a new city for a sporting event picked this house and we couldn't have done better. Incredible location, great space, everything updated and like new. Even better the owner was super responsive with every question / need we had. I would easily come back here to stay again if in the area. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say about our experience at this property for the weekend.

This is the best place to stay! We came into GP for a family wedding with our children and grandchildren and were so pleased to stay at 912 Nottingham. Plenty of room for 10 of us, comfortable, charmingly decorated with all the amenities. Plus the wonderful basement for our grandchildren(and the adults). Thank you, we'll be back!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Gross Pointe home. The home is even more beautiful in person- spacious, spotless, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the named bedrooms to the game room in the basement. As well as the well equipped kitchens, that is right there are 2 full sized kitchens to care for your guests. It truely felt like home away from home. The neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque, with tree-lined streets. We especially appreciate how responsive and helpful the host (David) was throughout our stay- very welcoming and quick to answer any questions. This property was the perfect base for our visit to the area, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Grosse Pointe!

Multi-generation family vacation

We spent a week in Detroit with multiple family members and we were looking for a place big enough to be comfortable for everyone. This house was perfect as everyone had their own room and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent and easy to get to things around Detroit. The owners are excellent communicaors and promptly answered all our questions.

What an amazing home! The check in was flawless and communication with Angela was quick. perfect spot to host the bridesmaids for our daughters wedding in Grosse Pointe! Family house wedding weekend! Their 4 story home accommodated our family perfectly as we were celebrating our son's wedding. Two floors are nearly identical, each having 3 bedrooms, a full bath, a full kitchen, dining area and family room with access to a balcony. The basement level is a fun game/rec room including a pool table, arcade racing game, sofa, seating and another 1/2 bath, washer/dryer. The most upper level loft room has 4 single beds, TV, full bathroom - was great to let the babies crawl and play...and this room was my hidden spot to sleep! I found that this was quietest room in the house, probably due to carpeting. Each family slept with sound machines - with hardwood flooring, noise carried easily. Well maintained, very clean, beautiful location to walk the tree-lined streets of this quaint family-oriented community that sits along the shores of Lake St. Clair. We love Grosse Pt and would definitely stay here again!

Annual Fishing Trip

We had a great time at this house. There are 9 beds in the house and there is ample space to spread out. The dining area flows directly into the sitting/living area making it perfect to have a conversation with someone in the dining room. The basement was also a great place to hang out with the pool table and racing games. We definitely had a great time here.

Had a great time! The area is very nice with the VRBO being exactly as advertised.The only disappointment was not staying their longer to enjoy everything:(Angela was FANTASTIC!!We will use this VRBO again for sure!!!

Home for the holidays

My family and I were looking for somewhere near Grosse Point for one of our longest running Christmas traditions since the passing of our grandmother - she always hosted, so we no longer have a place to gather! This home was perfect for every one of us and being able to have two kitchens was super convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and great with communication.
