With panoramic views and a close connection to nature, the holiday home "Am Aper Tief" features a separate, ground-floor, comfortable apartment (approx. 110 sq m) for up to 8 people in a wonderfully quiet and idyllic secluded location directly on the Aper Tief canal.

The holiday home is permanently occupied by tenants in a separate apartment upstairs.

Amenities include parking spaces in front of the house, 4 bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2 each with a double bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 each with 2 single beds), and a cozy living room with an additional large dining table (satellite TV and radio/CD player).

The separate, spacious kitchen is equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and various other appliances. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. A second, separate toilet is also available.

Exterior blinds are provided.

Furthermore, you have access to a utility room with a washing machine.
