"Lovely stay. The location is amazing, not only on a lake, but right across the road from the golf course. Fantastic layout in the home, spacious and plenty of bedrooms and separate and together spaces. The best neighbors here, they are a delight. Early morning sunrise and watching all the wild life in the lake is so peaceful.The Garden of the Gods is a must see.The hostess/host are wonderful. "

"Amazing property if you have a larger family and need the beds and bathrooms. Lots of gathering space and deck space. Well-equipped and far enough out to feel like a getaway in itself. Thanks for everything!"

"We had an amazing time here! The bar right down the road had amazing food and we enjoyed the hot tub. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made sure the hot tub was good to go every day and even blew leafs off the front and back patio! "

"Beautiful quiet area, enjoyed the hot tubafter a day of exploring the area. Thw weather had s ow but roads were cleared pretty quick. The house was very homey feeling you walk in and felt like home!!"

"Came down over the 4th to hike in Shawnee. This house was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, affordable and great location. Eric was great to work with! Would come back!"

"The home is comfortable and fully accessible. We felt well cared for and had all that we needed from our responsive host. We enjoyed the 5 bedrooms, space to gather, and great kitchen. The only outside issues are Mount Vernon's diminished air quality from industry and being close to an active train track. Neighborhood is safe and attractive. We would go back in a heartbeat."

"This is a quiet cabin in the country which was the perfect base to visit Shawnee National Forest from. It had A/C, WIFI, and QUIET which are all the things I was looking for. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great to bring over a new coffee maker when the one in the cabin stopped working. It was a nice and relaxing trip with easy access to dining and scenery. Really enjoyable."

"This was a last minute decision to stay here. The owners were more than accommodating. It was small, clean, and great for a last minute wknd trip for hiking and enjoying the wineries."

"We loved the place. The decor is beautiful and interesting. Thank you for the little treats that you left for us. We do a family reunion in Corydon every year so this was perfect and will surely be back."

"Our hosts met us on arrival, and showed us around the property. It was as it was represented on line. The area is quiet, and very walkable, with a nice city park nearby. It has more than enough room for several folks to stay without bumping into each other. "
