"Very nice and private. Clean with plenty of towels. Owner was very quick to respond to questions."

"Nice home with all the amenities promised. Beautiful deck, porch swing, and fire pit in the yard. The only negative was outdoor grill was in need of a good cleaning. Quick drive to Audra State Park. "

"The cabin was great. The one piece of advice I will offer is DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LISTING!!! Follow the written directions the host provides. Our GPS took us a way that was impassable and locked with a gate. The roads around the property are gravel/dirt with plenty of tire-popping potholes. Be very careful. The cabin was great except for the beds. We ended up leaving one night early because we couldn't get a full night's sleep on either the bed upstairs nor the pull-out...

"This is our third stay here we love it , it’s by the river and has everything you need for a great getaway we will be staying here again!!"

"If you're looking for privacy and serenity, this is the place to stay! The property is well maintained. The Buckhannon river is only a rocks throw away and the sound of the water was very calming. I am from West Virginia and know that area fairly well, but my Garmin GPS took me to this property with no issue. "

"Great spot to stay! Very convenient for Strawberry Festival parade and activities- we were pleasantly surprised by the location and proximity to the parade route. This was my first time utilizing VRBO, and I’m very pleased. Everything we needed was there, and my experience here has definitely motivated me to seek out other VRBO properties for future trips. "

"Great cabin, definitely remote. So if you just want a place to stay and do absolutely nothing but enjoy the sound of nature, this place is it. Would definitely book again. "

"My husband and I loved staying here for a weekend getaway just the two of us. It was exactly the relaxing country atmosphere we were looking for to reconnect without our children present. The only thing that could've made it better would've been a hot tub, but that would have just been extra decoration on an already deliciously decorated cake. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit outside, talking, and relaxing with each other. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cozy cabin retreat!"

"We are six senior kayakers who enjoyed three nights in this spacious, modern house on the Buckhannon River. This is a great choice if you are looking for a beautiful river view, listening to several species of birds, and don't mind the remote location. Not sure when the train runs, but we didn't hear it."

"The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. Obviously, we were totally fine and...

"Bom para passar a noite. Bom custo/beneficio, mas precisa de um update urgente. As instalações já estão muito desgastadas. Problemas com a descarga do banheiro. Cheiro de umidade nos quartos. Café da manhã muito simples. Já fiquei nesse hotel outras vezes e acho que está decadente. "
