"Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. "The room was very clean and the staff excellent - very helpful and obliging. However, a few maintenance issues have to be addressed. The toilet leaked continously and there were mosquitoes in the room. Also, the electronic key kept failing every 2 days and had to be reactivated"

"Helpful staff, good location and a short walk to the lake. The room was a good size and the bed was huge and comfortable. Plus the shower has the hottest water in Sri Lanka! The internet signal can be a little inconsistent ok if your rooms are near reception but signal quality drops if your at the end of the hotel?"
