"Great stay. Staff are polite and friendly. Hotel and rooms clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Very kid/family friendly but also great for couples. Spacious room. Breakfast was great and well maintained. Convenient location to Museum that is 5 minute walk. "

"The hot water in the shower was non-existent, luke warm at best. Other than that, all good. The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero weather who shows up except hotel guests?"
