"The staff was very welcoming."

"If possible, I would rate the hotel with zero stars. The hotel didn’t have any towels on the property so I was forced to drive 15 minutes to a local Walmart and purchase towels off the rack and use unwashed. The property used to be the premier hotel in the county. It’s a shame the property has become so rundown and unkept. The sheets were stained in the bed. The office chair was broken. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered."

"This is a good place to stay, but JR, who I expected to be a character, reading other reviews, made checking in very difficult. He insists on doing everything online with the apps that he sends you. I couldn't figure out the app and so had not accommodated him by the time I arrived. Therefore, it took 20 minutes to check in. When he said, "this isn't difficult", I laughed and said that this is the most difficult check-in I have had on my trip. He gas-lit me, making as if it was my fault. This...

"Gorgeous place. Excellent service"

"Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond."

"They were super easy to work with and very responsive. Cabin is very cute."

"Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown."

"Travel to this location was challenging at night. The house itself is very rustic with steep stairs up to the upstairs bedrooms that could be challenging for seniors. The top of the stairs is a safety issue. The cleaning was adequate. The farm abimals nearby were fun to watch."

"This is a clean old-fashioned two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a back porch which is shared by several other units. I didn't see anyone else so they may not be occupied. There are businesses on the street level and apartments above. The building is quite old which shows in the woodwork and windows. There are air-conditioners and fans for comfort but I didn't need them. There is a large old fashioned stove in the living room at the front of the unit but I did not see anything else so...

"The owners were very responsive, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown. Would stay there again."

"The hospitality from the hosts was beyond what we expected and the property in the countryside was full of charm and very comfortable. When our travels take us back to the area, we will definitely be staying there again."

"Highly recommend! Went with 2 young children and my wife. Had more than enough space for our needs and very well kept."

"Would like to have had a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging things like robes etc. Not much else to say....its a good place to stay. Owner was quick to return calls and gets an A+. Would suggest a dresser in the main bedroom and perhaps organize the items in the closets better. Shelves perhaps. All and all the stay was great...the place is old but a lot of good work has gone into it. The firefly suite looks the best...has new fresher appeal. Back balconies are nice and solid. I...

"Our stay was perfect! The hosts have thought of all the extras to accommodate guests. The mini splits kept the place cool, and comfortable. Extra details were put into making this home somewhere we will be returning to!"

"What a perfect place to stay when visiting Warren County! The property is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Pennsylvania. Our wonderful hosts had thought of everything that would make our stay enjoyable. Kim had even baked a loaf of delicious apple bread for us. "

"The only complaint was the room was very warm even with windows open. But what a beautiful place!"

"This property is amazing. 2nd time staying here, both times were fantastic. This house has everything you need for a weekend or week long stay. The host is extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks for everything. "
