"We also run a vacation property, so our standards are probably slightly higher than most. This place had everything we needed and more. It was adorable, well stocked and the owner and his crew were constantly up-keeping it, even going as far as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. I would definitely rent it again if I come back to the area! We loved the location as well. Thank you!"

"This home accommodated 12 adults comfortably; there was plenty of space! Our group enjoyed the huge back yard with access to the water. We purchased firewood at a local store and sat around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, golf courses and so much more. We ordered pizza from a place just down the road one evening. The host was excellent with communication! He even allowed us to have additional family members come visit for a few hours one...

"The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor...

"We had a Syracuse graduation and the stay was extremely comfortable. The driveway is a bit steep but it does fit 3 cars. Only drawback was that the shower was impossibly small. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"Very clean - nice bedding and furniture - well appointed kitchen - stocked with soap, cleaning supplies and paper goods - all appliances are new - wonderful neighborhood - close to shopping - perfect pick for a long weekend to visit the area. Resident neighbors were friendly and welcoming. "

"A few of us got together to have a moms relaxation weekend! It was AMAZING. The place was pretty clean- some dog hair but it was expected due to being pet friendly. The host Nick was quick with responses to any questions. We had an issue with the porch lights and at both of our conveniences he came over and fixed it! The stay was peaceful. "The cottage was very clean upon arrival and you can tell they are meticulous with their maintenance of the property. Beds were all comfortable and bathroom was well stocked with towels & tp.
