"We had to cancel unexpectedly. We were to arrive on the weekend. I did call but the reservation was not cancelled because the call was not answered or processed. I left a message at the property although it was perplexing that a call to the hotel was not answered. I was at no time advised that the reservation was made by a third party. IT WAS APPRENTLY A SECRET That EXPEDIA WAS BROUGHT IN AS A THIRd PARTY. The next day I received a call from the hotel saying they could not cancel the...
