"The view of Seneca lake is priceless /spectacular. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy- had everything you need. There are 3 different levels that provide views to the lake. I think I would have liked the balconies best but I chose the suite which was nice. Note this is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and I found no issues at all. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). "The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property.
