"No one available at Check in…had to hunt someone down, and then just wasn’t up to Hilton customer service standards. The room was nice and clean however the shower needs work….mildew stains, barely hot water and the bottom panel of shower door loose with exposed screw and thus making movement of shower door tight. Checkout clerk was amazing and very helpful!!"

"Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean."

"It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport."

"We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)"
