"Great place and very attentive host. Glen created a walking path for my pup. Good cause he's reactive and he did not have to walk the neighborhood. Immediately addressed any issues. Wonderful house. Will stay again. "

"Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! "

"We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. I would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the area and I would definitely take advantage of the grills and fire pit. If you’re looking for “modern” this may not be for you, but...

"Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. "

"We loved our stay in this lovely little cottage. It was very clean and well taken care of. Jane is a welcoming helpful host! We had very hot weather during our visit and appreciated the very efficient air conditioning after being out all day exploring the Hudson River Valley area. The cottage is convenient to downtown Woodstock and lots of eating places and shops. We hope to return again.Nancy & Wayne"

"My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. We all took advantage of the barbeque grill on our last evening there,...

"We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

"Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. We were a family with a guest...

"Really lovely place in the town of Hunter. Very modern, with a well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and laundry facilities. Plenty of space - six could sleep comfortably. Our host was extremely helpful and easy. Would definitely stay here again, I bet it's gorgeous during the winter months! "

"We love the woodstock area, and this house brought its own unique flavor to our most recent stay there. It is quiet, calm, and filled with light yet well-stocked and within easy reach of many of the things you’ll want to be reaching.."

"2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night!"
