"This little studio was perfect for what we needed, a homebase for while we were exploring NYC. It's conveniently located close to the Subway. The bed was comfortable. No issues finding the place or checking in. Plus you can't beat the price! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Neat clean. Lots of place near by was fairly quiet at night. If you don't like stairs beware it is on 3rd floor with no elevator. Most of the basics were available. No issue was a problem free stay would stay again. "

"Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises."

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again."

"Nossa estadia foi muito agradavel, uma feliz surpresa no bairro do Bronx. A localização do hotel, a poucos metros da estação da linha 4 (167st) facilita e muito o deslocamento. Só preciso fazer uma ressalva: em um dos dias da reserva faltou cafe no café da manhã, talvez a única coisa que não possa faltar em um café da manhã, e não houve reposição. Acredito ter sido algo pontual, mas isso pode prejudicar muito o humor dos hospedes."
