"This was one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so bad we left after 4hrs of being there. The hallway smelled like smoke, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom had mold, the lamp bar above the bed had dead roaches in it. The longer we stayed in the room the more I felt sick. Finally I couldn't deal with it anymore and went to the front desk to see if we could be switched to another room and no one was working the desk at 6:30pm. I tried calling and nothing, so we...

"Beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Room was very nice and workout area and classes! if I had one complaint, it would be the food at the restaurant. Had wonderful meals in that area but the meal at Mirabeau Inn was my least favorite."

"Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. "Gross!! Don’t stay here unless your only other option is sleeping in a dumpster. A dirty sock was sticking out from under the bed when we arrived! The bathroom looked like what you’d see in a “slumlord’s” college student apartment. Looked like it had a flood years ago so from the floor up to a foot around the perimeter it looked damaged.
