"This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

"When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

Any concerns we had were addressed right away. The home was clean, had upgraded appliances, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks, complimentary tea, and tea kettle. We used fire pit too the watch the stars. Full kitchen with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. Comfortable beds !! Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions. 8/10 Boa
Score: 4/5
What we liked:
The room is very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with a good amount of kitchen utensils (though adding an electric stovetop would be a great improvement). The bathroom is excellent, offering adequate and sufficient amenities. We also appreciated the large, free parking lot. The location is central and very convenient for exploring the city.
Areas for improvement:
The breakfast follows the standard American style, which is fine, but it ends a bit too early for a...
