The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable in the room with the bed/pull out couch; my husband didn’t really sleep at all, so that could be upgraded for sure, and shower room was a touch dirty. Otherwise, great location, easy check in and communication. "

"This lovely two-story farmhouse, which is currently in the process of renovation was ideal for our weekend stay for a ski getaway. It is just minutes from the slopes and was very comfortable. VRBO has this listed as a pet friendly property, but the rental rules and agreement say that pets are not permitted. We were traveling with our small cockapoo, so if you're looking for a pet-friendly unit, you should probably clarify this with the owner. Great location! Great value!"

It was perfect location to our little get away close enough to ellicotville but in a very quiet area.we had everything provided for us from coffee to games to bath essentials along with totally stocked kitchen. The place was clean and comfortable. We definetly will be back."
